Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on February 19, 2023, found that PFP Senior Home Care Inc. had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 19, 2022.

An off-site follow-up survey conducted on February 19, 2023, found that PFP Senior Home Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced state licensure survey conducted on December 19, 2022.
